London Scaffolding Shrink Wrap Sheeting
Tufcoat completed an interesting scaffolding wrap installation in central London this week.
The client specified to us that they wanted the shrink wrap to be completely sealed against the five storey townhouse to prevent dust and debris affecting neighbouring properties whilst refurbishment work took place.
To achieve this, two vertical battens were installed, running the length of the property. A single sheet of 12 metres wide x 15 metres long shrink wrap scaffold sheeting was opened up around the scaffold and secured to the battens before being heat shrunk ‘drum tight’.
The work was completed in just one day and the client was really pleased with the result, which was a contrast to other scaffold sheeting installed in the street.
