RETURNS

Should you wish to return products bought from us, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition and is within 14 days of your receipt of goods.

If we find that a product returned to us is in damaged condition and unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or to deduct up to 75% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund, or product exchange.

We will collect the return free of charge if the products were delivered to you in error or in a damaged or faulty condition. If the products are no longer required, please return the products to our warehouse, a restocking charge of 20% of the returned items invoice value, (minimum charge £50) will be deducted from the refund.

We will refund the price of the item to you or exchange the goods if they were delivered to you in error or in a damaged or faulty condition, once it is received by us and provided we are advised of the proposed return, the reason for return, or notification of the defect within 14 days of receipt of the goods. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

Your refund will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the goods and will be refunded to the account used to purchase the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tufcoat.co.uk and send your item to Tufcoat Ltd. 3 Garden Close, Language Business Park, Plymouth, Devon, PL7 5EU, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
